This is a whole-body approach created by friends Carlos Leon and Menna Olvera, offered virtually via ZOOM, it’s the integration of fitness, yoga and wellness, while supporting self-care for the body + mind + spirit.

How does it work?

Long lasting change requires a commitment to see results toward your vision of health. Every week you will meet with co-founders Carlos Leon & Menna Olvera, in 1:1 ZOOM sessions. Participating in; a Fit 30 w/Carlos, a Yoga 60 w/Menna, an MRL Practice w/Menna & Carlos (30min fit/30min restore) and a Coaching session w/ Menna.

The O H Method approach

Offers you a chance to get to know your resting baseline. The past few years have thrown us out of balance so many times and it is all layered to the point we don’t even know ourselves as well as we once thought. Carlos + Menna are interested in sharing tools/techniques to help uncover a new baseline and to find that sense of joy that we generate from within.

1 x O H Fit 30 - w/ Carlos

Inspired by co founder Carlos Leon our personal fitness improves mobility, functionality and strength. It’s time to move a little with this full body approach from the inside out.

1 x O H Yoga 60 w/Menna

Inspired by co founder Menna Olvera, expand and loosen static build up in the body often caused by stress. It’s a time to move a little + rest a little with yoga & mindful movements.

1 x O H move + rest + live w/Carlos & Menna

An individualized session that integrates a 30 min fitness session w/ Carlos to wake up the body followed by 30 min slow flow restorative w/ Menna leaving you with a sense of balance and clarity.

1 x O H Coaching w/Menna

The Functional Medicine approach utilizes the whole person We’ll go through your life and check in. on things like your health, financial wellbeing, relationships, career and so on to understand what area(s) may need attention and how to help facilitate those changes.
